We require a 30-day notice for cancellations to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice will not be eligible for a refund. In the case of severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that impact the tour, we will work with you to reschedule your tour or provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible. Please note that a 10% service charge will be applied to all cancellations and refunds to cover processing fees.
