Policy

Payment for tours and services can be made online or in person. All payments must be received before the tour or service date unless otherwise agreed upon. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing all details of your tour reservation.

We require a 30-day notice for cancellations to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice will incur a 10% service charge. If Earthbound Expeditions BZ must cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons (excluding weather-related conditions, emergencies, or force majeure events), you will be issued a full refund. In case of cancellation by Earthbound Expeditions BZ, we will notify you promptly and offer either a refund or the option to reschedule your tour.

Earthbound Expeditions BZ reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions or safety concerns. If a tour is canceled for reasons beyond our control, you will be offered an alternative tour date or a refund.

We offer shuttle services for pick-up and drop-off to various locations throughout Belize. Shuttle reservations must be made in advance. Earthbound Expeditions BZ is not liable for delays caused by road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Earthbound Expeditions BZ may modify or substitute tour activities in case of unforeseen events. You will be notified of any significant changes and we will work with you to accommodate alternative arrangements.

By booking a tour, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in the selected tour. You are responsible for any damage to property or equipment during the tour and must report any lost or damaged items immediately.

Earthbound Expeditions BZ is not liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or death incurred during tours unless caused by our negligence. Guests participate at their own risk and are encouraged to have their own travel insurance.

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used exclusively for providing services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belize. We encourage customers to resolve disputes directly, and if necessary, may engage in mediation or arbitration.

Earthbound Expeditions BZ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated Terms.
